I listen to my headphones a lot at work and I was hesitant at first to upgrade my 6 plus to a 7 plus because of the lack of headphone jack. However it hasn't really been a problem at all. The battery lasts longer, certainly an upgrade from the 6 plus.

Been with android for past 4years. Decided on iPhone 7 for being waterreaistant. Had galaxy 5active but could not get a day out of the battery. My new iPhone can do 3days or more on a single charge. Still getting use to the iOS but it is a easy switch.

The first time stepping up to the plus size in this phone. Not as cumbersome as I thought before buying. Bigger screen very helpful on the eyes. Fabulous camera. Was waiting for the iPhone 8 but my old phone was dying and needed to replace sooner

Having had several iPhones previously, I was used to the brand. This time I went for the larger one, and I am not disappointed. Better video experience for my granddaughters recitals, and easier to type into ! And the extended care service is a must!

Love the size and color. I'm so happy I was able to get this model.

New to the iPhone? This is a great introduction that won’t cost you $1,000 or more. I only wish that they sold it to me with a Verizon SIM card. This does not come with a SIM card, luckily, at the time of this writing an authorized account holder can pick up one for free at the nearby Verizon store. They also will activate it for you. Transferring files from the Android was a bit tricky and you can’t have this done at the store anymore. If BestBuy offered this as a complimentary service the total experience would have been 5 stars. Luckily my gift recipient had me to setup an appointment, transfer data and step them through the process.

I love the new iPhone! Needed the extra memory for all my pictures.

Quite fast, good screen quality, great camera. Great phone for those in the Apple system. Especially a great upgrade from 5s. Case is mandatory as it is prone to scratches. No headphone jack may be issue for some, but has a headphone adaptor.

The pictures come out beautiful. And I’m glad I have enough space.

I've been with iphone since the 2 second. I stayed with my 5s for two years before finally updating. I love the screen size, the sound is impressive that even my techy husband has made comments. The hardward runs smooth with no hickups yet.

I love it as expected. Such a big screen. Twice as big as the 5S.

This is the nicest phone that I have ever owned. The plus size great for me as I have grown older and cannot see as well as I used to. the Apple IPhones are easy to use and hardly ever mess up or lock up. Great product Expensive, but nice!

Great replacement and upgrade from my 6s plus. Amazing camera!!!

I wasn't sure when I thought I wanted to get the plus model, but it is definitely the right choice. While I dont have massive hands, it is still super easy to use. And with the 128 gig model, I never need to worry about storage. Ever.

I had a 6 plus and this is same size but much clearer and faster.

Love this phone! Upgraded from a 6 to 7 plus and it's an adjustment size wise but I love it! The images and camera are great. Only problem is not having the separate headphone jack anymore. So no charging/listing to music at the same time.

Upgraded to the 7 plus from 6s and I love it! Bigger screen for entertainment and such clear crisp pictures. Also love the portrait feature on the camera. Takes some time to get used to no headphone jack, time to upgrade to Bluetooth.

I'm new to Apple, just switched from Galaxy S7. I love this phone! It's easy to navigate and doesn't have any glitches. Some differences I noted: Samsung Galaxy has pro mode on the camera which I really enjoyed using. I'm learning how to adjust things with this phone but haven't quite figured it out. Samsung also remembers your email when you type it in, so you can just auto-fill any time you start to type it out. This phone doesn't do that. Positive to iPhone is the sharing feature. I used to have to email pictures to myself to open them on my iPad to upload to my family's shared group. Don't have to do that anymore. I've watched Netflix and Hulu on this phone and the resolution is great! The screen size is great for that as well. Overall, I'm still learning new things on it but I love it so far!
