    I've had an iPhone for years, always upgrading when a new one is released. As always, I feel as if Apple could do more with each new phone released but that's a different story. The 7 Plus is a great phone, much like the 6 Plus I had with a few new features like louder speakers, camera upgrades, etc. I'm happy with it!

    Moving from a 5s to the 7 Plus is a little bit of a problem to deal with but the phone feels nice in hand and has all the great features of iPhone.

    There are a few bugs still being worked out with Apple but a couple being the screen completely freezes and goes unresponsive and random loss of service

    I previously had an iphone 6 that decided to stop working after two years. I was going to wait for the iPhone 8, but decided to try this beast of a phone. So far I love it. Takes a little getting used to the size, since I can no longer have it in my pocket without weighing me down, but it works well in a purse.

    I had a good experience buying my new phone at Best Buy. It was better than my last experience at the Verizon store . But I was told the credit I was going to get for trading in my old phone was $100 more than what I actually got. Verizon said I should take it up with Best Buy customer service I have not the time yet
