I bought the iPhone 7 Plus primarily because of the new camera. However, it is simply too big to be comfortable in my hand. Instead of taking notes with one thumb, I need two. Instead of being able to slip it deep in a pocket or in all of the compartments of a purse, I need to watch where I store it. Despite the noticeable camera upgrade, I would not buy it again.

Being an avid Samsung user, when my daughter wanted to upgrade to an iPhone I was hesitant, but after caving in and seeing the capabilities I myself may switch when I'm due for an upgrade

It's an iphone what else is there? I use Bluetooth headphones so I don't care about no headphone jack. I still have issues with fingerprint Id and it lags rarely, not as bad as my iPhone 5. This is a needed upgrade for me. It works for what I do, traveling and the gym. Not as flashy as some androids but I don't need gimmicks I wanted stability and this gets it done.

This is an excellent phone with an excellent camera. I have not yet mastered some of the changes from previous models, but—so far, at least—it has done a good job of everything I have asked it to do.

Have been an iPhone user for about 10 years. Upgraded from iPhone 6. Glad we skipped 1 generation. This phone home "button" is much more responsive to click and fingerprint. VERY pleased with phone

The associate was friendly and extremely helpful. She was clear when explaining available options. All associates were very knowledgeable. Lastly, I love my new phone and was offered a great deal.

Have used iPhones for many years. Nice sleek, lightweight design for a larger phone. Much faster op system than the iPhone 6. Screen touch pressure is different and can be annoying to get used to. iPhone 6 required more pressure, iPhone 7 requires less pressure, but amount of pressure gets different results. Too much touch pressure leads to no response.

This is a great phone and is far better than the previous models.

I recently purchased the new iPhone 7 plus phone for Verizon. I have been a Droid user (Samsung) for the past 4 years - which I definitely loved my phones. I had the iPhone 4 back in the day, which I never had any issues. I went to a Droid because I wanted a larger phone. Apple has improved the size of their phones, to make them comparable to their competition. So here is a gist of my opinion on this phone: Pros: large screen, screen quality, stereo speakers, waterproof, easy to use, processor is fast, good quality camera (both front & back) - I had issues with my Samsung camera which annoyed me so much, new home button is nice (took less than a day to get used to), battery life is great, now has widgets like a Droid phone, touch 3D is nice (but that is with iOS10) Cons: not as customizable as a Droid phone, no headphone jack (but this is not really an issue because I never charge my phone and listen to music with headphones at the same time). Overall, this phone has met my expectations thus far! If you are looking for a large, fast and fun smartphone, this is your phone.

I don't like the headphone jack removal... otherwise it's solid.
