Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from an iPhone 6, this was worth the upgrade. Sure doesn't the best bells and whistles, but it's much faster then my 6 and I do like the better features like duel-quad core and optical zoom.

Blacks Out

I purchase it online on 9/9; picked it up on 9/16 and have the following problems that apple doesn't acknowledge: Screen blacks out then have to plug it up even though it has a full charge. Photos can't import to MacBook Air. This is the most expensive phone that I have purchased and it is useless. Apple does not acknowledge the problem and don't have the inventory to replace.
