Love my new phone nothing like buying from Best Buy. Best customer service

Always been an Apple fan. Perhaps that’s why I never feel disappointed.

Was a samsung believer but w other note and all the bs I was not impressed with s7 at all compared. To note Went to iPhone and wow that is the snizzle it is all. I wanted and so simple and clean great photos So much more. Will never go back

The pictures are amazing. Size takes a little getting used to but not as bad as some phablets. Some of the apps like the tvinstead of video app take some getting used to. Also saving pictures from online is kind of quirky and takes getting used to.

Battery last longer I like the splash water resistant and the touch id. Likewise it navigates faster through the web.

Same great apple features. Still has glitches & hiccups though. Screen constantly turning sideways with no provocation. It does some jacked up auto correcting. It freezes up a good bit.

Great phone. Large enough display so you don’t have to squint. Bigger screen means bigger onscreen keyboard which makes typing easier. Lots of storage so you can save as many photos, videos, apps, etc. that you’d like.

To be honest, I upgraded from the iPhone 6 not expecting much... the size difference and increased storage was enough. I was very happy with the higher definition and the video quality is awesome! I think it was well worth the wait.

I didn't think it was possible to love a phone this much!! The camera alone makes it worth it!! Apple has won me back, as I had been a Samsung Galaxy owner for the last several years. I will never go back to an android phone!!

I've had no trouble with the transfer from a 6 to the 7 plus. The only problem with upgrading is all the logins required and remembering passwords. Now I have the space to store my music, books, and audiobook on my phone!

I love my new iPhone 7 plus. The storage capacity is awesome and the large screen is great. I had a 5c before my 7plus this phone is much better and I don't know what I would do with out my 7plus. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Upgraded from the Iphone 5s, and couldn't be happier. It is everything it is said to be. Also got it at a special price which is also great. And got the highest capacity so should be no limit on the space I can use.

I know not everyone thinks this phone is as great of an upgrade as they had hoped, but a I am more than happy with my purchase. Upgraded from an iPhone 6+, and glad I did. Camera is impressive and takes amazing depth photos!

This iPhone is outstanding! It's great having 256 GB of storage. I can have photos and music without running out of storage space. I like the camera. It takes excellent pictures. The battery easily lasts all day for me. The phone recharges quickly.

Quite simply the iPhone 7 plus is the best phone I've ever owned. Setup is a breeze and the new features are great. Wish it still had a traditional headphone jack, but I'll learn to live with the lighting connector.

I upgraded from the 6plus to the 7plus and it's been great so far. Love the new features and speed of the processor on this new iPhone. Simply amazing! Best Buy was great to deal with too, was in and out within minutes.

Best Buy is THE place to get my upgrades. My go to for accessories and they always have the color upgrade I want. Great choice with this 7plus because of the camera quality and I love the light feel.

I bought this phone for my wife. The camera is way better than the iPhone 7's camera. I myself bought an iPhone 7, but ended up paying the restocking fee in exchange for the iPhone 7+. It was well worth it.
