This is my 5 iPhone since 2010, and I wish that my iPhone 6 didn't break. I was trying to hold for the iPhone 8 but my 6 bit the dust. This phone is not really any faster than my 3 year old iPhone 6.

I have always been a samsung user. i switched to the iPHONE because of the recall on the note 7. i'm still learning the phone, but i'm not completely sold.

This review is not about the product. This review is about the service I received from local Best Buy. I'm paying $350 ETF at no reason by Best Buy's fault. outline 1. Purchased the phone and Cancelled the line before receiving the phone 2. Returned the phone without activation and Verizon says that I didn't return the phone 3. BB tried to help me and said it solved. But it was not solved at all. 4. Verizon still charged me $350 ETF because Verizon says I did not returned the phone I purchased this phone from Best Buy website on 12/22/2016, However, I decided to cancel the current line instead of this upgrade. So I called Verizon on 12/22/2016 and requested to cancel the line. Verizon told me the line will be cancelled by 1/3/2017 So, I returned the phone right away on 12/23/2016 without any activation. I did not even open the UPS packaging box. And they refund the purchasing amount without shipping. 12/23/2016, unfortunately, I found from Verizon website that shows I signed for 2 years even I have returned the phone. So I went back to Best Buy and explained them about all these matter. Best Buy totally understood this problem. So, the Verizon salesman from Best Buy, He called Verizon HQ, and he told me everything okay now. Today 1/7/2017, I got my bills with $350 Early Termination Fee included. Best Buy did not solve this matter at all. I contacted Verizon today, but they kept saying that they don't have any update about I returned a phone. And Verizon keeps telling me I have to pay the ETF at this time Verizon never told me but I guess that the Verizon thinks I sold this new phone to other. Very Complicated between Verizon and BB

Had an issue where my phone would not play videos. I called Apple Tech support for assistance. To say they dragged me through the mud would be an understatement. About a month and a half and 40 hours of troubleshooting later, they wanted $1100 as a deposit to send me a replacement. I called my carrier's tech support. 2 calls and 3 hour later they determined the device to be defective and sent a replacement. After the horrible support from Apple, this phone would need to do more than I could ever expect to get more than 2 stars.

I love the phone the visibility. I have a problem with connecting to the wifi it runs very slow and doesn't always connect. My husband does not have this problem with the 7

This will be my last iPhone team pixel next year when pixel 2 goes on sale.

I used to be an avid Android user. In fact, I was literally against Apple products because I felt they were too expensive.... that is, until I tried one. I got my kids iPods for their birthdays one year, and could not believe the smooth functionality and reliability. I've had iPhones ever since. I've gone from the iPhone 4 all the way to the iPhone 7 Plus. I upgraded from the iPhone 6s to the iPhone 7 Plus when it came out. I was originally not interested in the 7+ because of size. As a woman, I have relatively small hands, and I was concerned that the Plus size would be a problem for me. My husband got the 6s Plus last year, and through messing with his phone, I discovered that the additional size is not as detrimental to my ability to navigate the phone one-handed as I had expected. The iPhone 7 Plus gives way to an incredibly beautiful screen, double tapping the home button (not pushing it, but tapping it) brings the top menu down to within thumb reach if my other hand is full, and the camera is simply amazing. I can't even express the difference in battery life as well. Ultimately I've successfully talked my dad (an Android user) into trying the iPhone 7+, as well as my mom who is currently an iPhone 6 user (and also has small hands). iPhones have yet to let me down.

Photos are awful. Has black spots in corners. Video is okay but I got this for the good camera so spent a lot of money for nothing .

This phone is almost 1000$ and being so new I find repeating myself because they can't hear me

Phone is bad ...muffled sound to othes, hollow sound to others, other cant understand fading out too. Took to apple store ...didnt correct. These are apple phone users saying its bad..get another one

I selected Verizon as a carrier and phone comes with 0 SIM card and cant be used

Blue tooth does not work in my 2013 Volvo, my old iPhone 5s worked wonderful.

Had this phone for 6 days and it stopped working! Very disappointing!

I use this phone for both business and personal use and it has been a great phone. Really like the bigger screen. Took a little getting used to using with one hand.

Phone is amazing love the new iPhone 7 plus. The 256gb phone can store so much. Never have to worry about running out of room on a great phone.

So fascinating! iPhone 7 is yet another innovation in this exquisite digital age.
