This phone has been great since I got it. I love that this phone is a 256mb it's great for taking pictures and videos. Would buy another one.

I love this phone because of the bigger screen. Unfortunately, the phone only lasted 2 and a half weeks before becoming stuck on the apple logo screen. Spent hours on the phone with apple support only to have to get the phone replaced. Hopefully, there will be no issues with the replacement.

A lot of memory and that really helps with the many photos, videos, and contacts I need to store. This phone allows me this opportunity!!

I bought the black 7 plus with 256gb memory. I am completely satisfied with it. The processor is super fast and the touch is really smooth.

I used to always complain to my wife that everyone had better pictures than me as I watched them shoot pics of the concerts we attended. I was actually moving away from Apple and going with the Note 7, but that phone catching fire ended that relationship. I also didn't like how difficult it was to sync my music. So, I researched the phone a little and saw that their camera was on par with Samsung. And I can tell you first hand that I'm not jealous and wishing my camera was as good as the one the guy in front of me was using. There are two things I don't like about this phone. Apple eliminated the port for headphones. So I can't have it plugged into my Wave radio and charge it at the same time. There have been times that I worry my charge won't make it. The next thing is the difficulties I've been having syncing with my Windows PC. I have spent hours with Apple support trying to get all my music (over 9000 songs) on my phone. I just bought an iMac hoping this resolves this issue.

Easy to use. Discounts price here beats Verizon. I would buy from bestbuy again for my other the phones. Always looking for a deal.

i am a technology crazy person; this phone is phenomenal. The service at Best Buy is impeccable and I will be back for my next upgrade!

This phone didn’t disappoint. There are other newer models now, but this phone works great. The camera has good quality.

As expected Apple products just work as they are supposed to. Even the lightning adapter sounds great with my high-end headphones.
