Purchase was an upgrade for wife, been very pleased with performance of upgrade.

Great phone for my wife. We bought it to replace her iPhone 5 from 2013. We had some issues the first week because we restored her phone from a back up of her faulty old phone, so not the new phone's problem. Jake at Best Buy in Grand Forks took care of us.

Upgraded from an iPhone 6 to the 7plus. After using this phone for a week, I had to reset my iPhone 6 and couldn't stand using my old phone. The 7 is so easy to learn to use and so user friendly, it makes all the other versions impossible to use. Highly recommend!!

I usually don't get iPhones but I like I now since they showed me some features

The stand out feature is this iPhone is the pictures taken in portrait, not a dslr quality bokeh but still a solid off focus blur. I bought this for the camera and I'm extremely happy with it. It has the usual apple stuff, robust os and nice design.

So I thought about this purchase for weeks before I did it! I was gonna get the Samsung Note 7! But because of the issues I said to my self .. if I'm gonna do the switch it will be now since the phone is bigger! It's ok! I'm satisfied! I'm still getting use to it!

I love my new iPhone , its perfect in size for me , it fits right in my hand !

I upgraded from the 6 plus to the 7 plus, decent upgrade. Slightly faster iOS, but basically the same phone. You'll have to buy a new case. Really don't like that there is no separate headphone jack and the headphones have the same end as the charging cable. I guess we're moving towards Bluetooth but when my Bluetooth headphones are dead it's always nice to be able to grab any old pair to use- this phone makes that option obsolete. All in all, good purchase though.

I was a Samsung user for the past 6 years. I have switched and so far so good.

Bought this phone new in November 2016. Three years later the phone is still working great! Takes good pictures. I update apps and software regularly. No complaints.

My daughter has been a Samsung S6 user for quite sometime but this Christmas 2016, she asked for the IPhone 7 Plus because of the camera quality. She has been a happy camper ever since and have shown me some stunning pictures she has taken with it. She loves it.

Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves how clear her shows on Netflix are.

I switched to an iPhone from having an android for years. Though there are significant differences in the operating systems it was easy to learn. I absolutely love to take pictures and the camera on this phone is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the switch.

I couldn't wait for my upgrade, you would have thought I was a NASCAR Driver, the apps, camera and the iMessage features​ the best,I can stay in Best Buy all-day, I going to purchase my 27" Mac soon
