I have bought the iphone unblocked, without any plan and for my surprise when i was going to use abroad, it was blocked, i am very unhappy with this surprise.

I from Brazil and I bought this cell phone unlocked. And I can't use this because they are saying SIM InCONPATIBLE. Could you help me?

It’s a good phone for its time. Has good features but doesn’t compare to today’s models. I’d buy again if I needed one and couldn’t afford a new one.

The new hardware and software make using apps and the internet easier. The new camera comes with great features that make taking pictures fun. Overall improvements make this a great purchase.

We have this phone, also a iphone 8 and iphone X. This phone has very minimal difference in performance and is more than capable to run most apps.

Very good phone even though the update was lackluster. Love the waterproofing, matte black and the speed proformsnce. Would recomend.

For beginners, I bought this for my wife as she had the previous iPhone. What attracted her eye was the rose gold color which is unique in comparison to the plain black and white. Since she's had the phone for some time I randomly check the phone to see the conditions of the phone cause she ain't the best with phones. It seems that back of the phone (the pink side) ia pretty durable and is fairly scratch resistant.

The phone is great, but more I can't believe how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is at Best Buy. They were able to help me figure out the difference between the "free phone" and the installment plan and which was better for my situation. Again the phone is a great and certainly the upgrade that I needed, but I wouldn't have known exactly what to get and how to do it without the staff at BestBuy!

After 1st week, phone stopped ringing on incoming calls. I googled and verified settings- Mute, Do not disturb, phone volume and did lot of attempts in diferent ways but nothing worked. Finally i restarted the phone and it started ringing. I wasn't aware what the problem was and also i am not sure if the same problem may arise in future. Apart from this, i have not seen any other issues and it is awesome experience with all other features. I love this phone..

I buy this phone was unlocked. I can not active spectrum mobile today. Because the phone is lock . I pay in full for the unlock phone

Great camera on this phone, if you love to take photos its a must have! As with other apple iphone the others features work just as wel if not better!

Apple has done it again, it is a must buy for an iPhone if you don't have one, or you have an upgrade or want one outright also.

This is probably my 10th iPhone purchased in few years and this was a gift. My dad loved the phone!

I loved new design of iPhone 7 plus . 32 gb memory allows me to store more pictures and videos.

I bought from bestbuy . They do the price match . Customer service is ok .

I have had an iPhone 7plus for 18 months. I absolutely LOVED the phone until last week. Great photos, service, and super user friendly... but then I had the “greyed out speakerphone” glitch. I would answer a call and there would be complete silence on both ends. I couldn’t hear my callers and they couldn’t hear me. It only happens with 7/7plus on iOS 11 and usually to AT&T customers. There is NO physical damage to my phone- not a scratch and no water damage! I was forced into my upgrade 8 months early because of a SOFTWARE ISSUE with iOS. I called AT&T and APPLE and played phone tag back and forth (on another phone) to try and solve my issue. Apple support ended up telling me that the only fix was an new phone to the tune of $349- for the same phone that could have the same problem. AT&T took the phone back but I still had to upgrade early. Get a newer model if you’re looking into iPhones- STAY AWAY FROM THE 7/7plus. Newer models don’t have this issue.
