I get a better value when I buy my phones from Best Buy sometimes includes a little Best Buy cash that's always great I prefer to buy my phone's here than at any other store

Have been an iPhone user for about 10 years. Upgraded from iPhone 6. Glad we skipped 1 generation. This phone home "button" is much more responsive to click and fingerprint.

iPhone 7 is great. Has some upgrades that are useful compared to iPhone 6. But overall, it is not a significant upgrade. iPhone 8 is coming out soon so wait for that.

Got this phone for my dad. Apple products are just great! Store salespersons are also friendly. Phone seems to be user friendly for my dad as well, which is what we needed.

At the time we were purchasing new phones they almost had me talked into Samsung; But after much consideration I just couldn't stray from my Apple Products; great product

I don't like the home button; such a hard time navigating due to not being able to "click" home button. Taking a screen shot it's very difficult! It thinks you are asking for Siri or it closes completely and turns off phone. It's not as easy to use as my iPhone 6+

I have been a long time android user and found the iPhone a little hard to get acquainted with. However, now that I've had it for awhile I love it! But don't tell my wife.

The Best Buy members in the phone department were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never go to a sprint store again. My phone is perfect and the service was amazing!

Very nice phone, bought this as a gift and the recipient loved it. The phone is just the right size for a teen. Have had no problems with it whatsoever.

I bought an iPhone 7 plus from Best buy and they said it was new I end up taking it back to a Apple store it was a bad cellphone.
