Have always had a Samsung. Not ever again after using this phone. Still learning with the help of my Daughter and my Granddaughter, So much fun. Love ❤️ it.

My son loves his new IPhone 7 plus. I thought that he would not like the fact that it didn't fit in his pocket but he doesn't care. He just love the phone

Bought this phone for my father - he was changing from a flip phone that he had since 2005. He love his new phone and it was a very easy transition.

Have had for over 2 years without any issues. Only regret is only getting 32GB, should have went with larger memory.

I bought the 7plus for my 11 year old because he always used my 8 plus for games. He loves his phone and I’m happy to have mine back.

Upgraded to the 7Plus and so far not disappointed. Just note is a wide phone so make sure you have the hand size, I'm 6'3" and it's big for my hand

Everything is nice except that it takes longer to turn on than the previous model and the cord is still way too short! I mean... Come on! Its a $600 phone!

The price was great. Store help was fantastic. Could not have been more helpful in answering all of my questions. Would tell anyone to get these products.

I bought the phone for my sister, unfortunately they only had the color black available at the time, however, she didn’t mind & love it!

I would encourage people who already own a 6s or 6 to not upgrade since you don't really feel like you get something that justifies the price difference.

I love this phone. I am a galaxy note type of girl. So this is new and different for me. I'm still learning the phone,but I love it!

This is a really nice phone. I elected to go with the gold one again because I think that's it's elegant. I also love the new features with text message.

I came into the store late night. The process was smooth. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and was able to hand the trade in and upgrade with ease.

I was forced to go to an I phone because I was having trouble with my samsung and the new ones had been recalled. I've been an android person forever so it's hard to compare. I don't really use all of the functions of the I phone. Not sure what the excitement is about "slamming" a text message.

Bought his to replace a Samsung Note 4. Communicating on Samsung was difficult at best. I Phone is excellent product. Have not had any problems.

My BestBuy rep went out of his way to ensure that my new phone was completely up and running before I walked out of the store. That's great service.

If your an IPhone fan or are thinking about it this phone is great. If you have other apple devices the experience is even better and more efficient.
