    The phone is big. But the volume buttons broke in 2 weeks and when I brought it back to Best Buy they said I had to go to apple. The speaker phone cuts in and out and sounds like you are in a tin can and was told by Best Buy that was normal. I don't think so. Spend 750.00 on a phone that breaks in 2 weeks is very frustrating and then Best Buy doesn't stand behind there product and tell the customer it's not their problem and the customer has to contact the manufacturer. Not sure if I will buy again from Best Buy.

    The iPhones are great phones. I have always wanted a plus bit it was a little too large a device for me. Recommend that if you were looking for a plus that you purchased from Best Buy so that if you find it's too large to get comfortable with you can return it within 14 days.
