just had trouble getting it to connect all the time

I am disappointed with this phone and should've waited until kinks were worked out. It has several frustrating minor issues that the techs at BB can't figure out. They suggested going to an apple specialist even though I bought the phone brand new from them.

The dual camera is the only added feature about it

We have had many iPhones in our family and like the ease of use. The camera is disappointing on this model as the pictures are not very crisp compared to other phone cameras. Wish we had bought a phone with s better camera.

I had a iphone 4 and it held a charge for days the iphone 7 only 8 hours and I don't even use it that much

The phone itself was great, but sprints service is just unacceptable! And they kept randomly racking on charges out of no where

purchased this phone as an unlocked and unactivated device. after getting it home i installed my prepaid sim card which the phone did not recognize do to the phone being locked. after a week of phone calls and getting put on hold for hrs at a time and getting ran in circles from best buy to apple inc to the prepaid provider i had to return it as no one could help me get the phone working.

Always was an apple person but with 7 they made it so easy for hackers and cloned-- which has been happening to me for months and months Apple service great trying to help but phone needs work

I love the phone overall. The only problem that I'd was the touch screen. I had to go back to Best Buy and they didn't have the device stocked. I had to go to the Galleria Apple Store. It was crazy!

Going from an Android to an iPhone was hard. My car won’t use an android. The screen is a lot smaller but it is pretty easy to use. I’ll be going back to an Android soon

They phone is great until signal cuts out. I can be a a great zone. My previous phones never did that on Verizon. Apple and Verizon blames each other for the problem. I wish they would fix the problem. I took the phone back to Best Buy on oct 28. They reset my network. Let's see if that works. :/

Love this phone but it has crashed twice in the month I've owned it. Going to take to Apple Store to see what they say expensive phone for this to be going on, not happy.

Just really wish the pricing would go down to an affordable rate. The average consumer is really over our heads paying these high prices. These are an investment.

this phone is like other iphones. nothing special. barely used 3d touch. missing headphone jack is horrible. definitely not worth the price.

I am disappointed with the Apple 7+. Two reasons in particular. the phone itself cuts out when you're speaking to someone. My other phones never did. I did not receive the and extension plug-in in the packaging for my headphones. Apple changed the plug-in on the phone

From the moment I started using my new IPhone 7, callers complained that they couldn't hear me clearly. They reported my voice sounded "muffled" or "like I was in a hole". My voice would also cut in and out. After spending hours trying all of the quick fixes described online to no avail, I decided to call it quits with the iPhone 7. Not worth the hassle. I use my phone daily for business and can't afford the time it took to be heard clearly.

I had 64 bit iPhone 5. I could get tons of pix. I was sold a 32 bit and never told to consider trading for 64 bit. Wish I had been informed

A number of times I've had to hard reset the phone because it crashes. Although the battery life is great!
