Beware- Apple DOESN’T stand by products anymore!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had an iPhone 7plus for 18 months. I absolutely LOVED the phone until last week. Great photos, service, and super user friendly... but then I had the “greyed out speakerphone” glitch. I would answer a call and there would be complete silence on both ends. I couldn’t hear my callers and they couldn’t hear me. It only happens with 7/7plus on iOS 11 and usually to AT&T customers. There is NO physical damage to my phone- not a scratch and no water damage! I was forced into my upgrade 8 months early because of a SOFTWARE ISSUE with iOS. I called AT&T and APPLE and played phone tag back and forth (on another phone) to try and solve my issue. Apple support ended up telling me that the only fix was an new phone to the tune of $349- for the same phone that could have the same problem. AT&T took the phone back but I still had to upgrade early. Get a newer model if you’re looking into iPhones- STAY AWAY FROM THE 7/7plus. Newer models don’t have this issue.

Iphone 7 need better than 6s

Bad durrability
