I have been an Android users for years and finally decided to make the jump to an Iphone. I'm so very glad I did!! After a little time getting used to it, I realize that I love the phone and there will be no turning back!

I am getting older and had trouble reading the screens on my Iphone 6 so I traded up to the 7 plus. It is exactly what I hoped for. The screens are sharp and I am able to make text even larger--very happy with the improvement. With the larger size of the 7 plus I had concern that the phone would be difficult to handle and am relieved that I can handle the phone quite well. And, he 7 plus is slim enough to keep it in my pocket, even witn a case. The case I chose is a Speck Grip phone which is light, trim, and has the grip that I like. My previous phone (Iphone 6) had a terrible camera. The camera on the 7 plus is a huge improvement. All the photos I take now are clear and sharp--even in dim light. Very pleased with the Iphone 7 plus!

I never have issues with Apple products. I got this phone for my husband. Went with the plus since he has bigger hands and it's been great. Got a great deal from Best Buy and glad I didn't upgrade thru my Verizon account.

My wife is not even close to being tech savvy but easily sync'd her I Phone to her I Pad. She too transitioned from a flip phone to smart phone and loves it. We find the Apple products to be very intuitive/user friendly.

Overall 100% satisfied, the phone works like a dream.
