I went from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 7 plus so I was scared about using a bigger phone, but I have absolutely LOVED my 7 plus! I can't imagine having a smaller phone! My only downfall is the no headphone jack but I've worked around it. & the picture quality is AMAZING!!!

I love the size of the phone, you can see a lot better with it. I didn't think I would be able to handle such a large phone but once you start using it a lot it is not that big after all. I also really like the clarity of the screen and if you just tap it it shows the screen

I traded in my iphone 6 plus for the new iphone 7 plus, and I love the camera quality of the phone and the home button. There isn't too many differences between the 6 and 7, but enough to notice. Employees were super helpful in setting up my phone, and it was very fast.

This is an iPhone upgrade from a 6S. The main difference between this phone and the 6S is this is much bigger but the main attraction was the significantly upgraded camera. The pictures come out sharper than those of some old digital cameras I used to own.

Bought this for a family member and so far so good. It works great and is pretty simple to use if you've ever had any other ios device or if even if you are completely new. Looks great and operates great too. The extra size is worth it if you don't mind a bigger phone.

7+ big screen is so much easier to see. I don't mind the size as I carry a handbag

I've been an android user for years. I switched over because iPhone is more stable and consistent. I haven't had any issues with the iPhone 7. I mainly used wireless headphones so the jack is not an issue however you do have to have the adapted if you need to plug in.

Purchase was an upgrade for wife, been very pleased with performance of upgrade.

Great phone for my wife. We bought it to replace her iPhone 5 from 2013. We had some issues the first week because we restored her phone from a back up of her faulty old phone, so not the new phone's problem. Jake at Best Buy in Grand Forks took care of us.

I usually don't get iPhones but I like I now since they showed me some features

The stand out feature is this iPhone is the pictures taken in portrait, not a dslr quality bokeh but still a solid off focus blur. I bought this for the camera and I'm extremely happy with it. It has the usual apple stuff, robust os and nice design.

Bought this phone new in November 2016. Three years later the phone is still working great! Takes good pictures. I update apps and software regularly. No complaints.

I switched to an iPhone from having an android for years. Though there are significant differences in the operating systems it was easy to learn. I absolutely love to take pictures and the camera on this phone is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the switch.

Pro: Better camera, speaker than iphone6. Water resistance is a bouns. Cons: Lack of notification LED.

I love the new camera zoom functions. My expectations were definitely met!!!
