Still does not like the cold. If switching to a samsung wasnt such a pain, i would switch.

I bought this phone for a friend in Ecuador, I asked for an unlocked phone and the seller told me it will work outside the US. Unfortunetly, the phone didnt work in Ecuador and BestBuy couldnt help me because of the return policy (15 days already passed)

My brand new phone was open and missing the charging cable and wall plug!!!! Who is running the shipping and not over seeing this big mistake!!!

Very bad microphone, nobody can hear nothing.now I’m using earphones, may be Chinese forget to put microphone. I replace 3 times. None of the microphone working !!

I have upgraded two iphones(5s, 6) both to the iPhone 8. They were not having signal issues until I upgraded to the iPhone 8. My mother-in-law's phone was replaced(she was having the issue in her house) waited for the recent updates, verified with the second phone the issue was related to both phones and still they continue to have signal issues in areas where the signal was fine with the previous iphones. My mother-in-law is unable to use her iPhone 8 at home. 1-10 times the phone will work in her house. I don't understand when the phone does work the call is clear on both ends and when it doesn't work you can hear the person your talking to clear but they cannot hear you or the phone hangs up the call. This was tested with three iPhone 8's and they all continue to have the same issue. I hope apple is able to fix this issue soon. I am a long time apple fan and so far I have been disappointed with the iPhone 8 and the new updates. I cannot recommend this to people until the signal issue is fixed.

I just got this phone yesterday at my local Best Buy store and it's an alright phone. I wish I had gone with the iPhone 8 Plus but this is what my store had in stock. Works fine, if you don't want to spend too much money you should pick this iPhone!!

my brother has this phone and he says this is the best phone he's ever had! he'll also use this phone until the future updates stop supporting this phone.

Great phone - holds a lot of storage!! I have 6k photos and videos. It sounds bad I know but I’m a mom and a volunteer so I love my photos and memories!

I’ve always owned an iPhone and purchased this to replace my old model when it died. I’m happy with the upgrade and newer features so far. I’m not a fan of the missing earphone port since now I have to buy an adapter.

I hadn’t noticed how outdated my old iPhone was until I got the new one. This is amazing, I am so happy
