IiPhone 8 has glass screen and glass back. I have the slate grey and the color is really closer to black. Very nice to hold ant the wireless charging is very handy. Vibrant screen color and blazing fast phone!!

Not many changes that I can notice besides it’s a bit faster than the 7. Other than that, same phone. Hope this one doesn’t crash!

This is the first iPhone we owned after 14 years on Androids. We purchased 2 iPhone 8s from Best Buy. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions. Yes, we joined the "cult" and love it. At first we did not like Siri, but now use it all the time after changing the voice to a less eardrum piercing male. We took a course at our Sun City computer club and learned the capabilities of the iPhone, more than we would ever use. We are sold on iPhones and recommend them highly.

I've been an iPhone user since the very first weekend the first iPhone was released. I've upgraded from the original iPhone to the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 6s and now to the iPhone 8. This phone is absolutely the best so far. Photo quality is superb, the high resolution screen is great, and the reliability of the iPhone is unbeatable.

It has been a very dependable phone that takes great pictures and has not presented any issues.

My wife’s iPhone (6s) had been giving her problems for the past year so we finally decided to buy one to replace the problem phone. We decided BEST BUY would give us the best price on buying outright. The customer service was great!! No pressure to buy anything but very informative. If there was a question asked that the rep did not know answer to her coworkers were there with qualified responses. Very well trained staff! Other companies should follow in BEST BUY’s customer service training.

I had to purchase a new phone becuz a supervisor at the Racine, WI USPS slapped my phone out of my hand. It flew over 10’ and landed on a concrete floor. Even after calling and sending a certified letter the USPS has not contacted me about this incident! I had to purchase a new phone that same day as I use it for work. This iPhone 8 is much faster than my old phone. The camera is better too! Altho I hate that I had to buy a new phone I am happy with this purchase.

I didn’t think I could like a phone even better than the 6, but the slightly larger size and brighter screen are great.
