Customer Ratings & Reviews

Slightly larger than her old 5S but still good size to walk around campus and fit into pockets. Daughter is loving her upgrade. Good value.

I bought this because my iPhone 6 accessories fit other than headphones. Apple should support it for a while and there is a home button

I purchased this phone for my daughter for her birthday. She loves the camera and being able to face time her friends.

Was reluctant to switch from Android, but cost of iPhone was less than half. First week of use = Very Happy and easy to use.

Great, durable, perfect pocket sized iPhone ! Lots of room to add apps and hold movies and music !

You matched att store price and had the amount of phones I needed. You salespeople were very good and helpful. I also got a Best Buy credit card.

I upgraded to the iPhone 8 around September and I’m very satisfied with it. I had an iPhone 6 before and the 8 was a great replacement

Bought this for my sister and it’s her first smartphone and she loves it. It is user friendly. She can’t put it down. She’s hooked now.

Got this phone for my wife as her 6 was not in great shape. She was due for an upgrade and with deal that Best Buy was offering at the time it was quite affordable for us. My wife is happy with the phone and we are satisfied with our in store experience as well.

Although I had a hard time with the price of the phone, (IMO phones are outrageously priced), I had run out of space on my previous iPhone and this model/GB storage better suits my needs. I also prefer the size of this model as opposed to the larger ones

Staff was great, professional and very knowledgeable which made getting new phone and all data transferred over even personal apps a breeze.

Love my new phone! I hadn’t had a new phone and five years. Best Buy employees were great In directing me to the correct found for my use.

I upgraded phones for my 17 year old daughter. She was using the IPhone 6. She really likes it and to my surprise she didn't want the iPhone X.

I purchased this phone for my teenage daughter and she loves it. She has had it for about 5 months and hasn't had any problems with it.

So far everything has been great with my phone. I believe time will be the deciding factor. I am hoping to use this phone for 3 or 4 years.

Everything we had hoped for and no issues. Solid phone with all the benefits at a much lower price than the latest and greatest version

Although I wanted portrait mode and did not get it with the 8, still a very reliable phone and the red is the cherry on the top!

This phone has been a really good phone. It’s just not enough different from the 6s. I wish I waited for the xs. But it is a good phone.

This is a great buy for the 11 year old. I didn’t want to spend 1000$ on a iPhone X so this phone was a great buy at the price.

An upgrade from my SE that still has the button and doesn't totally have to be relearned and yet also gives a a whole new feel. Awesome!
