Phone was purchased May, 2020. It was great until the battery started running out of juice. Phone slowed down too.

The only real difference between this version and the last version is the camera is in a different place (slightly). If you have a 7 it's the same phone.

Very nice phone and would of been nice to been notified of some the associated fees to first time connect

Huge problem: paid full price for an unlocked unit. It ended up being unlocked for the US and neither Apple nor Best Buy can do anything to resolve

I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to this phone and it is honestly so much worse than the 6. I’ve had the phone for a month and just to name a couple of things that I have been experiencing: Apps don’t respond, message alert sounds randomly bug out, the home button won’t take me to the unlock screen if I have gloves on so I can’t even see the time on my phone without taking my gloves off. Just very frustrating after spending $600

Just like my old I phone, but its more money. Should be less.

Ehh... got this two years ago, it was OK, didn't hold up either processing wise or physical damage wise

My new phone has been giving me problems! It has been freezing up, when turned sideways it shuts off!! I’m taking it back

It might be Sprint's service but I get a lot of complaints that it's hard to hear me. Otherwise, nice phone

Not much improvement from the 6 Battery life weak. Big cost increase by apple makes it quite unappealing

I purchased an universally unlocked Apple iPhone 8 from a Best Buy store in Chicago and it was supposed to be a gift overseas. After opening the GIFT, it turned out to be a 'T-Mobile Locked Apple iPhone 8'. I called BB customer service center multiple times and even T Mobile but none of them could help. Finally, had to get it unlocked through Apple by paying $150 for an already full paid iPhone phone. What a special gift it was! Thanks to the Associate who handed me the phone at store. I would strongly recommend to test cellphone carrier before stepping out of the store.

Bought this phone for my daughter she said it’s a good phone but lately it has been freezing up on her.

Another solid release from Apple that's overpriced with inferior specifications. I'd look elsewhere.

Paid too much for it. Honestly should've just waited for the new iPhone SE.

Good option to upgrade to but not much change from the prior iPhone and the price is probably a bit high

Bigger screen but touch functions don’t work as well

I was very excited to upgrade my iPhone and after doing so I regrettably wish I never chose best buy to do it through. I stated having issue with my brand new phone after 1 month & Their exchange/return policy is only 15 days and in any realistic case it takes more than 2 weeks to see a product issue and they will not help you out.
