    I went to the Best Buy Store to pick up the iPhone that I ordered online. At the pick-up counter they said to go over to the Best Buy mobile desk for support. I went to the mobile desk and the technician said I had to set up my new iPhone myself. I left the Best Buy store and went over to the nearby AT&T store and they provided me the direct assistance to get my iPhone working. The iPhone 8 works Great however if your not purchasing your iPhone from Apple or the authorized iPhone carrier you are on your own to personally set up your iPhone...
