excellent phone and i have got the best price in the market and im really impressed with payment flexible options

It might be Sprint's service but I get a lot of complaints that it's hard to hear me. Otherwise, nice phone

The battery dies before noon every day. Had to buy a portable charger on my vacation to be able to take pictures

Got the phone but forgot my turn in phone. Had to mail it in instead of giving it to them. Another hassle.

I purchased an universally unlocked Apple iPhone 8 from a Best Buy store in Chicago and it was supposed to be a gift overseas. After opening the GIFT, it turned out to be a 'T-Mobile Locked Apple iPhone 8'. I called BB customer service center multiple times and even T Mobile but none of them could help. Finally, had to get it unlocked through Apple by paying $150 for an already full paid iPhone phone. What a special gift it was! Thanks to the Associate who handed me the phone at store. I would strongly recommend to test cellphone carrier before stepping out of the store.

Bought this phone for my daughter she said it’s a good phone but lately it has been freezing up on her.

Another solid release from Apple that's overpriced with inferior specifications. I'd look elsewhere.

The iPhone-8 is an average phone (for now). I hope the IOS and battery will last a bit longer (this time).

Good option to upgrade to but not much change from the prior iPhone and the price is probably a bit high

Bigger screen but touch functions don’t work as well

These always work great out of the box but rarely last the length of the contract.

I was very excited to upgrade my iPhone and after doing so I regrettably wish I never chose best buy to do it through. I stated having issue with my brand new phone after 1 month & Their exchange/return policy is only 15 days and in any realistic case it takes more than 2 weeks to see a product issue and they will not help you out.

The screen size is the same as my old 7 so I was a little disappointed by that.

Apple products aren’t what they use to be. I wouldn’t recommend this phone!

This is a Apple, great product but over priced. Really not much new in features

I purchased a UNIVERSAL IPHONE 8 64GB SPACE GRAY after explaining to the sales person that i would use the total wireless network and needed to be able to switch out the sim for use in Europe. I was told the Universal model of the iphone would permit this. Upone arriving in Europe, inserting a sim card for use on european carriers the phone stated it was locked and I had NO access to the phone. I had to reinsert my US sim card in order to even be able to use the phone. After 15 calls to total wireless and 5 calls to Best Buy I was finally able to determine that while i believed i had purchased an unlocked iphone, the phone was actually locked. It took a week to have the issue remedied, meanwhile rendering my iphone useless except for over wifi networks. Best Buy did not inform me upon purchase that the phone was not a truly unlocked phone.
