It works well, but nothing groundbreaking about it.

The first phone they gave me in the store completely malfunctioned before I left. Had to get me another. My old IPhone died before it was even paid off. They couldn't help me retrieve my info. Longtime Apple user, thinking of switching to another kind of phone.

It does not have a hole for the earplugs for my music I had a buy some other ones why did some come in the box that I got the phone in ? And it freezes up a couple times a day I really don’t know why it go on pause it’s self

The phone seems to have some glitches in it....not sure if this was a refurbished phone but I am looking to return it to the store. The phone has issues keeping a strong charge and staying connected to the internet.

I'm so tired of waiting in long lines at Apple stores. I'm switching back to all Samsung products. Samsung is always ahead of Apple.

Apple needs to get their act together with their phones. I am so disappointed with just about every feature.

Overpriced for what it is when other companies have full screens and better speeds for close to the same price or less.

Still does not like the cold. If switching to a samsung wasnt such a pain, i would switch.

I bought this phone for a friend in Ecuador, I asked for an unlocked phone and the seller told me it will work outside the US. Unfortunetly, the phone didnt work in Ecuador and BestBuy couldnt help me because of the return policy (15 days already passed)

Do not care for it, I like iphone 5 better than iphone 8

I bought this phone since my iPhone 6S broke and I have sprint service and ever since I bought it I have had trouble with dropping calls and poor reception. Thank goodness I bought AppleCare but that hasn’t seemed to help. For Sprint and an iPhone 8 it was the worst purchase ever.

It's so sad that kids want these phones just because of the name. They think it's a status symbol. We have had many issues with this phone randomly not working all 3 iPhones we own. Smh. Glad I got a Galaxy for myself.

My brand new phone was open and missing the charging cable and wall plug!!!! Who is running the shipping and not over seeing this big mistake!!!

Even after multiple updates and trips to Apple store my phone has issues connecting to wireless networks and when I WiFi off it still looks for wireless devices to attach to.

Very bad microphone, nobody can hear nothing.now I’m using earphones, may be Chinese forget to put microphone. I replace 3 times. None of the microphone working !!

Nothing new and major with the iphone expect MORE money for the exact same fearures BUT im the idiot that paid the price for them... kids are expensive
