I'm upgrading from an SE that I've had for three years. This is plenty fast, has plenty of storage, and runs iOS 12 like a charm. Good phone for the price. I'm sticking with buying the "oldest" iPhone with the storage I need, instead of dropping 1K+ on the latest and greatest.

This is one of the best iPhones I’ve purchased. I was considering the X but my heart can’t take the fact that it no longer has the home button. I love the home button because to me, that’s what makes an iPhone an iPhone.

No problems. Easy to use. Well you know the drill with iPhones. Update, update update. iPhone keeps us buying better and new ones. I usually keep mine until the battery only lasts Half a day so that is why I upgraded.

At the time of purchase, the iPhone 8 was the most affordable of the current iPhone lineup. It provides all the great experience of iOS and not too much of a drop off from the most recent iPhones.

This is a great iPhone for me. I big upgrade from the iPhone 6 (16gb) that I had before. It’s just little bit larger than my previous iPhone, which I really wanted. Didn’t go to iPhone X, because of it’s size. And no need to worry about storage space anymore with 256gb.

My husband loves this case. It's the same as mine, just a different color. This is a slim, non-bulky case that still protects your phone. Looks way better than the bulky type and also is transparent, although tinted, and shows the phone through case with a nice look.

The salesperson at Best Buy was very good. He sold me this I phone 8 and helped me program it transferring from my I phone 6, put the Zagg protection screen on for me, and told me where to find a new case. He was going to help me reset my old iPhone 6 so my husband could use it. His shift was over at 5pm, he stayed with me until 5:45. My phone, so far, is working fine. not much different from the 6. We will get help for the 6 when we have time

My wife took the 8 while I took the XS. It's the perfect size for her smaller hand, she likes touchID and the camera (with live photo features) are great to capture all the little moments with our kids. She's happy and the phone itself is just as good as we expected.

Happy to finally upgrade - still trying to figure out all of the new features, but works great.

Any review of Apple products is more about the IOS than anything else. Apple Mail is the biggest issue with IOS products. The trash function is unnecessarily difficult to use, requiring contortive fingering processes for a simple procedure. I use Mail on the iPhone only as a backup of my usual email POP services, so all of this "protection" from executing a simple "Trash All" function is particularily annoying.

iPhones are TOUGH! My daughter had her last one for three years. We finally replaced it as it was starting to get 'twitchy.' She had her prior one for three yrs as well and even though you could see the 'guts' where a piece of the glass face had fallen out, it still worked.

Really happy with the iPhone 8. I was upgrading from an iPhone 6 and was pleasantly surprised with the upgrades to both the camera and the battery life - both are significant improvements. Everything else I loved about the iPhone remained and it was a seamless transition.

Good phone for my mother that had previously had a stroke. Easy to handle and navigate through.

Upgraded to iPhone 8 256gb. It has so much memory for all my needs. I travel alot and take many pictures and videos that can store on my phone. The phone is fast and very reliable. Best Buy offered a great deal so I couldn't pass it up. Highly recommended to others

I got an SE when it came out. Worked great. First time I broke a screen. Got a used 6S, and it was great until Indy got the VZW 5G service. Could not stay connected to the network. Had to do something, and a 'back to school sale' got me to the 8. Best phone so far.

My son turned 13 and asked for an Apple iPhone. Best Buy walks you through the process step by step and gives you the beat advice on how to protect Your Investment. My area doesn’t have an Apple Store and Best Buy and their representatives serve Apple well.
