Honestly, I love Apple products & this was my to go phone for my mom, she is easily checking email, snapping pictures & is finally on FB at 71. No complaints so far. Buy a good case & screen protector as she has already dropped it and the screen protector saved the phone.

Phone works great especially if you are an iPhone person. Apple doesn’t work with Google assistant that well and not all of your contacts info will come from an android. I have no complaints.

I am really enjoying it so far, except that I cannot use my ear buds while charging the phone. I know the option to purchase AirPods is there, but why should I have to spend the extra money?
