This phone is good though it does not offer much from the previous model.

The I-Phone 8 replaces an older I-Phone, and I have been quite pleased with its performance so far. I am especially enjoying using Siri to send texts without tedious typing.

I thought this would have new features compared to the iphone 7. I was disappointed it did not and decided instead to go to the iphone X, once I saw a demo of it. Anyone looking to upgrade might as well save money and buy an iphone 7 (or even an iphone 6) or skip the iphone 8 and go directly to the iphone X.

Love my new phone - it is such an upgrade in every respect to my previous phone. As with most Apple products, it is very simple to use but yet very powerful. If purchasing in the store in West Knoxville, ask for Philip - he was awesome.

Overall, same sleek traditional style as my previous iphone 6 but I will say that the battery life is so much better. I also noticed the information is processed faster than the previous phone. You really can't go wrong with this phone.

My previous cell phone stopped charging and I walked into the store and a had everything transferred to the iPhone 8 within 30 minutes. It is very fast and I love the extra storage.

Best Buy employee helped me out. I was trying to get a sprint deal that was a buy one get one deal for iPhone but they didn’t do it right so on my first bill I was surprised to be paying for bothe phones. Be careful and read your contract.

Bought this phone as a replacement for my Mom's old iPhone. It's a typical iPhone, and large enough for her to see/use while not feeling like she's carrying around a whole computer like some of these other new phones.

IPhone never lets me down. This is a great product as expected and I dont have issues with anything other than my actual Sprint service. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable phone.

This is a good upgrade from 5S to iphone 8. Liked the camera features and the fact that it still has thumb print recognition. So far the phone has performed like expected.

Upgraded to this model since I didn’t want the other ones. I prefer this one it has all I need for what I do. Love this phone it works great has all the features I want and need and I saved a ton getting it.

Had to purchase a new I phone since previous one locked up. The Best Buy team was great. They were able to help me reset up the new phone via I cloud.

We’ve been an iPhone family for longer than I can count. It was only natural to purchase one for my grandsons first ever phone. He’s enjoying it immensely. I have 5 grandkids and as they grow each one will get their first iPhone.

I got this iPhone 8 64GB for my wife to upgrade from her iPhone 6s. The 8 has a much nicer screen with super bright vivid colors that I love. She did not want to spend the extra money for an X so she is very happy with the new phone.

The iPhone 8 features are excellent as advertised. 4 stars because I’ve have several episodes of phone freezing up during the 1 week I’ve owned it. I’ve read others have experienced this problem with iPhone 8 with Apple service providing little improvement, which is discouraging. I’m likely to take it to Best Buy &/or Apple in hopes a solution to this problem will be forthcoming.

My first smart phone and it's an Apple iPhone 8 -- so far I really like it! It's very easy to use and has great reception compared to my very, very old basic phone. It's great being able to use it for coupons when I go shopping!

This phone was a great upgrade from my previous iPhone SE. It is a much larger size, but not too large that it won't fit in my pockets. I am able to see the screen perfectly and I love the new features. Highly recommend.

Nice phone. Speakers are louder than the iPhone 7. Camera is better too.
