First time purchase of an Iphone. This was to replace a broken Samsung S7 that was also having battery heating up issues. We love the new Iphone so much that as each phone can be replaced, we will be switching to another Iphone.

I upgraded to this phone from an iPhone 6. I really don’t notice a difference from the 6 other than it has more capacity. I am having problems with volume not working correctly with FaceTime. I can hear fine but the people I am talking to cannot hear me. I assume it is just a defect with this particular phone and not the 8’s in general.

Great phone, perfect size. I do wish the camera was better!

This my 3rd iPhone 4th, 6th & the 8th,, I use my iPhone 6th for 4 years & I just change the battery and my son still using and work great , and now the 8th, not waste your time looking for other brands iPhone is the best.

Didn't need all the bells and whistles with the latest version (nor the headaches). This phone appears to be solid for your phone, texting, and browsing requirements. Staff was very efficient in prepping for take home.

Upgrade since my IPhone 5S only had 16 GB and I needed more space after 3 years of having it. Definitely noticed the difference immediately. Great upgrade. Worth the investment since I will not be upgrading for the next 4 years.

This also was bought for a friend who was upgrading from his 6+. Though visibly not much different, is a notch up from 7's configuration. He liked it better than his earlier phone. Best Buy and Sprint offers seal the deal!

Great phone...Great price....Great service!!! 15 year customer of Verizon and finally made the switch to Sprint!!! Haven’t noticed a drop off in service but I have in price...Drastic reduction!!! Thanks Kyle!!!

I looked over several phones and finally came back and purchased the iPhone 8. Other phones seem to want to be what iPhone already is. They may have 1 or 2 specialty features but the iPhone 8 blows them away with all it offers.

was a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it!! great battery life he got it on Christmas and it had 47% battery life took 2 days to drain it completely (he went from the 6 to the 8) so far its amazing!!

After having the other guys phone then having 3 versions of the iPhone the 8 is the best of the best! I’ll never look back now and converted my whole family to the iphone. The 8 has a great camera, I can’t mess up a shot.

Phone works fine, all the normal stuff, no issues. Best Buy is where we have bought all 5 family phones at this point. I always compare with Sprint, but the last 5 have all had better deals at Best Buy.

But I bought a new phone. I like it now, and will buy my next phone from Best Buy. I attempted to buy it from ATT but the salesman was rude and I reported him, no one ever responded. I may close my account with ATT.

The new iPhone 8 is much easier to use than my old iPhone SE. The amount of effort required to scroll or swipe screens is much less than my old phone and the larger screen has a screen image that is crystal clear.

My iPhone 5s finally gave out after 4 years. I decided to the iPhone 8 since it was in between the 6 and the latest versions released. It's a bit expensive, but planning to use for the next few years to come!

I have tried switching to Android and just cannot get away from the look, feel, etc. of iphones. Although I wish they were not as expensive as they are, this is a great phone that I purchased for my son.

Went to Best Buy to check out new Sprint deals as I was a Verizon customer for over 15years and needed to save some money! Sprint service was a huge savings and great phone price and service to boot!!

Purchased this phone for my son. He had an iPhone 6 that died and wanted the latest and greatest with an improved camera so this was the best option but not a cheap investment but cheaper than the iPhone X.
