Bought for a family member to replace an older cellphone. She is trying to relearn using a newer Apple device, but so far has stated that this product has been excellent for her. Does miss not having the option to add an SD card but that is just one trade off, as she is readily able to FaceTime other family members with an iPhone. Appreciate it that I was able to get a better price from BestBuy than the local carrier. Disappointed of not having the option to pay the full price for the phone from the outset / at the time the phone was purchased.

I upgraded our iPhones and we both love our new iPhone 8s. Faster, better resolution. Only thing is I don’t like how I can’t charge and listen to music at the same time. Will have to invest in Bluetooth earphones
