I recently bought an iphone 8 and my husband got the free iphone 8. This is his first smart phone and he really likes it. Easy for him to learn to text, and now he has access to email and the internet. It is great that each of us has the same phone.

I had the iPhone 6 so this is def a good upgrade. Just a few glitches like the way it auto corrects the letter I to I️. Also has a prompt that continues to come up saying the product I’m trying to order is not available. I’m not ordering anything. Like the camera clarity and some other features but I️ miss the headphone jack.

Going from an iPhone 5 which was slow to an iPhone 8 was challenging but so worth it! Thanks to AT&T we got another iPhone 8 and went from a iPhone 6 to a iPhone 8 was wonderful! Now we both have the same phone ! Can’t get any better than this!!

Switching from the iPhone 5S to this one was easy. It was not an overwhelming change, and it has great new features. I prefer changing my phone not to be overwhelming, because I don’t have time to have to totally relearn how to use a new phone.

I got this for my mom when I got my iPhone X and she loves it. She is very happy to have more storage and says it is faster than her old one.

I upgraded from a 6 to and 8 and wow, what a difference. The response is snappier and the screen resolution is noticeably better. The haptic feedback takes a bit to get used to, but, like most things iOS, it is intuitive and easy to learn.

Upgraded from my 6s. Still wanted this shape and a home button. Love the wireless charging and the battery is far better than my last.

I like iPhones, never considered any other product. Iphone8 definitely a plus; size, speed. I recommend purchasing/upgrading to iphone8.

My old iPhone was literally falling apart. I had a rubber band around it to hold the screen on! Neither AT&T or Best Buy were open for purchases. But I figured since I am a Best Buy Geek Squad member, someone would be available to walk me through on the phone to activate my new phone. How WRONG was that? After receiving my new phone, they told me I’d have to wait until they opened back up to get it activated! I wouldn’t have bought it if I didn’t NEED IT TO WORK! Finally, after making 4 phone calls to various AT&T locations, a wonderful CSR named Jennifer walked me through activating my new phone and deactivating my old phone. Thank you AT&T! I will remember this when I need to purchase another electronic device. Best Buy only cares about the sale. I will think carefully before renewing my Geek squad membership next year. I have paid for this service for several years, only using it for my initial laptop purchase-setup. When I finally needed them, it was “too bad”, we’re not here for you. If AT&T could help on the phone, why couldn’t the Geek Squad? Very disappointing! I wonder if Best Buy will extend my Geek Squad membership for the equivalent of the weeks/months they were (are) not available?

Went from a 6 to the 8 and there's a fairly good difference in performance. The upgrade was simple and all it required was an IOS upgrade and a restore from backup to be up and running in less than an hour. Even auto-paired to my watch.

My first upgrade since the 4s, and love the fact that it is so similar to what I had before - but faster and sleeker.

I moved from an iphone 6 plus to the iphone 8. I did not get the plus because of the extra cost. The main reason I had the plus was the screen size. It has taken a little while to get used to the smaller screen, but it is a great phone.

Everything works great. The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are virtually perfect phones. For $699 (the iPhone 8) or $799 (the Plus), you get a device that makes calls, plays games, takes pictures, shows movies, gets you everywhere, and does everything better than ever before. Apple set the standard for smartphones a decade ago, and with apologies to the Note 8 and Google Pixel, still does so today.

I bought this iPhone for my young teenage granddaughter. She is thrilled with it and loves the size of it as well as the ease of use.

This was an upgrade to her 6S, and she's really happy with it so far. It's fast and much more space for storage compared to her old phone.

Love the phone. Glad they included the wired headphones as I didn't want to drop another wad of cash for the BT earbuds. In the US, 95% of phones are iPhones; globally 95% are Android. Being in the US with an iPhone is just good common sense (price not considered!). Didn't wait for the X, as I'm just not going to jump that hurdle of a grand for a portable, breakable, easy to lose device.

The upgrade from the 7 in regards to speed is noticeably faster as well as new storage options without having to pay the price of the X.

I am still learning all the new features, but I love the phone. It is easy to use, clear to hear and be heard, and takes great pics.

This was a replacement phone for an iphone 6. Very happy with the phone and the technician, from best buy, who transferred my data from old phone to new. Just wish they weren't as expensive as they are. So far phone works very well.

I love my iPhone 8! It’s 64gig is perfect for all my photos, and WOW, it takes great pics! Same Apple quality as in previous models.
