This is the best iPhone I've had to date! It's fast and the pictures come out really sharp!

it's a phone and it we use it to text. sometimes it rings and you can answer it to talk to people...but that doesn't happen very often and usually catches by surprise

I was debating on which iPhone to buy since my iPhone 6 was going on 3 years and the battery wasn't holding a charge like it used to. After deciding against the 8S (too big) and the X (I need my home button and not a fan of the Facial Recognition) I chose the iPhone 8 with 256 GB capacity. So far so good, thing is super fast and I have plenty of storage now. I got to keep my old phone as a backup JIC instead of trading it in to Verizon for peanuts!

Made my return to iPhone after a 4 year break. The previous discount provider was ok, but android can’t meet iPhone quality. The 8 is smooth, sleek, and easy to transition for me. Great product.

Upgraded from the Iphone 6 to the Iphone 8 in the gold. It's more of a "pink" gold and very attractive. Have received a lot of compliments on the color. Love the capability the Iphone 8 has for wireless charging and there are a lot of new features available with this model not on the Iphone 6. Super lightweight. Had Best Buy connect me with my Verizon Wireless account right in the store, so I was "phone ready" immediately.

I love the ease of using this phone. It has so many features that I didn't have on my last phone.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6. The speed of the processor on this phone is definitely noticeable. I didn’t think I would notice a difference but I do. I’m so happy that I did not wait upgrade!

Bought for my wife to replace her iPhone 6. It was a great replacement. Only minor concern (that seems to be a know issue and being addressed) is there seems to be a crackling sound coming from ear speaker when making phone calls. Thought I saw an update to “fix” the issue, but didn’t seem to work for ours on 11.0.2

Upgrading from an old iPhone 5s, only thing I really had to adjust to was the new home button and the sleep/wake button being on the side rather than on the top. At first, because of sleep button being on the side and the way I hold the phone, I found that I would also depress one of the volume buttons at the same time as e sleep button, so it wouldn't work - quickly realized what I was doing and that there was nothing wrong with the phone, and am more careful now. Significantly faster, clearer and much better sound than the old phone. Shoulda got it sooner! Also got it cheaper at Best Buy than from Apple.

Phone is easy to use and lightweight. Excellent features and tech.

Enjoying my first iPhone, now I am completely an Apple user. I was again impressed with the Best Buy staff. Great knowledge and a desire to help made this another pleasant experience.

I had been using my iPhone 4S since it was released and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. I’m totally amazed with the better reception, camera and speed of this phone.
