It sounded like a good reason at the time. I'm happy with the phone, battery life, apps and so forth ... I just prefer Samsung over Apple. If you're an Apple lover ... you'll love this phone.

Love the “home” button and size.

While the product is an important part, the personal service from everyone is what sends me to Best Buy. They knew the products, were courteous and gave explanations without pushing me towards an item. Once I had decided on the I Phone 8, features were pointed out and how to use them. I find the phone to be what I need and love that I have a “home” button.
