Great phone easy to use. I love the color. It’s awesome.

I upgraded from the iPhone 6 and am happy that I did. The 8 is not much different, so nothing new to learn. Im glad I upgraded.

Just received thus item in the last 2 weeks. Son wanted the plus, but he's 12 so he doesn't get a choice. Other than him being grumpy about a smaller phone, he loves it. Says it has way better features than the 6s he had upgraded from

I like this phonel it is fast and easy to charge and I like the button on the side rather than the top to make it go to sleep.

I have no complaints about the function of the phone but I have not really noticed any difference between the 8 and the 6S I had previously. If they had the 7 with more memory in stock I would have gotten that one just to save money

Late last year, I decided to follow the hype and go with the Samsung Note 8. It is a beautiful phone. However, the OS is not as seamless as an iPhone. I found myself missing group message from my iPhone using family; what a pain to actually have to dial into voicemail; trying to listen to MY OWN MUSIC was quite an adventure. Not as smooth as iTunes. So after a year, I decided to switch back to the iPhone and I couldn't be happier. The iPhone 8 is blazing fast, the apps are spectacular and battery life is really good. I am truly happy that I switch back.

Battery life much better and operation seems faster

So far I like the phone a lot and have had no problems with it. I only gave it a four star instead of a five star because I havnt had it very long to make sure that it was a five star yet. Seems like it is leaning that way though.

I found that my old iPhone wasn't keeping up to what I was used to so when Verizon came out with a rebate, I took advantage.

Was using the iPhone 5, so this is a great improvement. I only got the 8, did not need a larger phone size. So far so good.

Just updated from a 5S after several years. This phone has a great size screen and a great speaker. So much easier to hear.

I don't get excited about I-Phones so I-Phone 8 is no different. I only carry one out of necessity. I do very little with it more than read newspapers or look up a curious thought or two. I use only a couple of apps so not much there. I have never bought an app and wouldn't know how to if I wanted to. I do listen to music sometimes but not very often. Camera works fine. Anyway, this phone seems fine for what little I use it for. As with all I-Phones it's expensive.

I recently purchased two new iPhones for my daughter and me. We love The wireless charging capability of the iPhone 8. I really appreciate the customer service that we received at Best Buy. The cell phone carrier store did not have the color of phones that we wanted, and we ended up paying less money for the cases.

Very pleased with my iPhone 8, although I would have liked a bit more of cut in price, considering that the X is now out.

I used to use samsung and then i switched to Apple. I have had apple for the last 5 years. I will never go back to Samsung

Excellent phone. Plenty of memory. Great camera. 4K 60p movie recording. Same processor as Iphone X. Good battery life.

Best Buy reps did a great job to upgrade my cellphone, transfer data and complete the transaction in a timely manner
