I was excited to get my new phone, which was an upgrade from my 6. Is it better? Sure. Does it still have issues? Yes. The battery seems to run down quickly. Haven’t figured out why, yet. Plenty of storage space remains. May have to get a new battery. Have had almost 1 year. Thought the camera would be much better. Expectations too high? Maybe.

I thought my iPhone 7 Plus was Pretty.... It it is, but my new red iPhone 8... It's truly flawless! Sleek all red glass body with a clean black screen. All this and the quality we love that is iphone. Love it!

Got for my Mom who has never used a computer. This should be easy because it is largely an intuitive interface in the Apple ecosystem.

subtle changes from my old iPhone but quickly adjusted. glad I upgraded. but attitude & lack of customer service skills of salesperson was unacceptable. def will NEVER go thru best buy princess anne again.

The battery in my 6s was replaced once and the new battery never stayed charged so I wanted a phone that was the same size with new features! The 8 was the answer! Very pleased!

I needed an upgrade pretty bad and this phone is very sleek and I love the color. I do recommend the glass screen protector for it. I’m still figuring out all of the features and the battery life so far is good.

The purchase of this phone brought my husband into the 21st century! He held out with his antique flip phone but finally caved! He really likes it, especially the camera and photos!

I like this phone. It's my first iPhone, so the change from Android takes some getting used to, but the more compact size is great and everything seems to work like it should. The only drawback is the cost.

This new iPhone 8 is faster and clearer than the 6S I traded for it. The extra features are so good you get addicted to the phone. The camera shoots really clear pictures with cool features. Highly recommended!

Stood in line for the very first IPhone that came out and lost in within 3 months. Have been a Galaxy Lover since. It took me a little while to get used to, but it is much more user friendly than the Galaxy.

I had a 6s prior to this phone. So far, it’s a great phone, just haven’t noticed many features that vary much from my previous phone...besides the missing headphone jack. Either way, great phone, no issues.

I upgraded from an iphone 5 to the 8. I got the 8 and not an 8+ because of the size of the phone. The 8+ is too big for my hands. I wish I could have the option to updated to some of the features of the 8+

I have had the iPhone 6 for years and really liked it. However, this new iPhone 8 is just as easy to use but it seems faster and I can maneuver in and out of the internet with ease. I highly recommend it.

Well, I did it. Said I would never switch and I did. I must say I am pleased so far. Just got hearing aids for the first time and they work wirelessly with my phone. It's a wonderful thing

Still has battery charging issues. Nice upgrade but not spectacular from the iPhone 6 so 4 stars. Best Buy's exemplary service and support in purchase and Sprint set up are the reason for the 5 stars.

First time with a smart phone and I couldn't be happier. Choose the 8 because of the smaller size. Like the Apple system versus my wife's Android. Still learning but like it.
