Apple is simply the best. So much easier buying phones at BB vs at Verizon store. Finally upgraded from my 6. Invest in a good case and screen protector. I recommend a this new company Mous or Otterbox.

Good value if you want to have a phone with the home button and get into the Apple ecosystem at a reasonable price. The phone will last 3-4 years before they cut iOS support.

Overall it's a great phone. I switched from a Samsung, so I'm still getting used to it. It seems to require a few additional steps to do some simple basic tasks. I miss the blinking light that I used to see on my Samsung which informed me a notification came through. Otherwise it's good, though I think it will take some getting used to.

Traded in iPhone 6 and my wife really likes this phone. Seems a bit smaller and lighter to me. The iPhone interface seems very human oriented.....plus it's red and she really likes that. Good phone!

The customer care at Best Buy with a cell phone upgrade is excellent. Our wait time was minimal. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. Any and all our questions were respectfully and well answered.

This was an upgrade for a teenager and loves the better camera, increased storage and other features. Our family has only ever owned iPhones because of their ease of use.

I’ve always used iPhones. Tried galaxy once. Didn’t take long to switch back to iPhone. Does everything I could hope for. Super happy with phone.

I'm really impressed with the display, and the speed of this new phone. I looked at the new XR but realized that this was a much better deal since I got $150 off by getting it from Best Buy!

Need a cheaper iphone due to budget concerns and this was a great product from apple as usual. It doesn't disappoint although it's not the newest version

This phone is being used by my husband. He had a slide phone. Now he is always looking things up or just exploring the phone with the tips and easy to follow instructions for how to’s from Apple.

It’s a great phone . I have always had an Android, after getting an iPad I have wanted the iPhone for a few years now. After purchasing this one my only regret is not getting one sooner!

Guess the bugs still need worked out. If my iPhone 6 hadn’t died I would have stuck with it.

Another quality product from apple. Its not the newest model, but i purchased it for my teenage son. Best Buy support was very helpfull and took the time to answer all of our questions.

Had gone from an Apple to a Galaxy and back to Apple. Kept each approx. 2 years so I was familiar with both. I didn't have a problem using the Android system just found Apple easier to use.

What can I say? It's an iPhone... I love it!!!!! Very happy with the way I can trust Apple to be a solid company who spares no expense to build phones that last for many years!

This phone is perfect for everything I need it for. The battery lasts all day, the camera takes quality pictures, and everything runs smoothly. And was all at a great monthly price point.
