Great phone for a beginner for having a smart phone

We forgot to backup my wife’s iPhone and the salesperson went above and beyond and helped us backup the phone to close the deal. No wait, no drama.

I upgraded from an iPhone 5. This is a good phone. It was just what I needed do to not having any security upgrades on my old one. I did research first and got a good deal on it.

How to give my husband a new phone but your phone was better and easier for him to use good quality they seem to never give me any problems big enough for him to be able to use the buttons with ease

I purchased this phone as a gift for my son. Very pleased with the phone as well as the service provided by the staff. I’m eligible in another month for an upgrade and plan to go back here for mine!

If you can still buy them, this one is probably a great way to get an iPhone without sacrificing limbs to pay for the bloomin thing! Excellent product, as usual with Apple.

Great phone, hate that it doesn’t have the camera features like the plus which is a shame. Personally I was waiting for the SE2 to come out. The phone is a bit big for my taste but it will do. Basically has same features as the iPhone 6...so not really an upgrade just forcefully upgraded due to Apple phasing out the oldies.

Ugraded to the iPhone 8 and have been very satisfied with the performance and screen clarity. The camera resolution is terrific and we now rely on that instead of our existing digital.

Upgraded from a 16gb 6S plus. Well worth the extra GB; uploading the cloud more trouble than it's worth, waiting for apps to download and open. Plus I wanted a phone that easily fit in a pocket.

This phone is such an upgrade to the 6 that I had without having to pay the enormous price for the X. Additionally, Best Buy had an amazing deal when I made this purchase. Couldn’t be happier.

Do I love my phone? No....Do I hate my phone? Well I do occasionally call it names. It’s smaller than a iPad and it fits in my jeans pocket so I do appreciate that! I probably need to spend more time with it instead of just sticking it in my pocket. However, does Siri really speak English or do I have a speech impediment?

Enjoying my new phone. Had a few problems getting ringtones moved over but that has been resolved finally. Also problems with getting voicemail on this phone but AT T resolved that issue.

Iphone 8 is the last iPhone with Touch ID, all newer ones use Face ID. I still like the Touch ID feature and got the 256gb so I have sufficient storage for photos and songs and apps etc. This has been a good choice so far. Although iPhones are known to have battery issues, let's wait and see how well this one lasts.

Easy switch from my previous iPhone which was at least six years old. The service and expertise of the sales staff was exceptional. That is why we always shop at Best Buy

I wanted a new larger phone than my 5S, but didn’t need the most expensive or largest phone. The 8 does the trick. Plenty of useful features and it still fits in my hand for one handed texting.

We got this phone as a part of the buy one get one. We have been android users and this is my first I Phone. I can see why everyone likes Apple. I’m still getting used to it but is is nice.

I have the X and I bought this for my wife....needless to say, I wish I would have bought this phone. No issues at all, vs. I've already replaced the X's screen because of "ghosting" issues.

3trips to Best Buy because downloads from the cloud would not complete. BB finally undid and started from scratch again. On/off switch takes a lot of pressure. Home button must be hit several times, phone quality is horrid. First an echo and then regularly breaks up. My old 5s was so much better but that started to freeze up which I fear was not the phone as this new 8 is doing the same thing. And it’s battery was dying. A disappointing product from Apple.
