I cannot afford to upgrade to the new iPhone X and this was perfect for me. My new phone fit my old case and the salesman I worked with helped me set it all up and transfer all my data. It was so easy.

i opted for the smaller iphone 8 because i’ve always prefered it smaller and they aren’t as hard to hold with one hand as the iphone 8 plus or iphone x. i didnt need extras that iphone x had for the extra cost.

the new iphone 8 is great especially as it has enough new bells and whistles and new toys but yet the format/set up is the same as iphone 7 which makes it nice! loving the enhancements and all it can do!

This phone is s great size and does everything I need.

My Apple - iPhone 8 256GB - Silver is a machine -it's AWESOME!. I have a major computer in my hand - it's great because I'm a road warrior. Excellent speed capability and the size (256GB) is a major plus.

I needed an upgrade pretty bad and this phone is very sleek and I love the color. I do recommend the glass screen protector for it. I’m still figuring out all of the features and the battery life so far is good.

I like this phone. It's my first iPhone, so the change from Android takes some getting used to, but the more compact size is great and everything seems to work like it should. The only drawback is the cost.

The Iphone 8 is heads and shoulders above my old Iphone 6. The apps and car motion sensor prevent use while the car is moving. Great for young driver restrictions. Get one if you need a great phone.

I had the iPhone 6, decided on the iPhone 8 plus. Really glad I went to plus size (i had resisted for a long time- didn't want something big) but now I don't know why I waited this long. I really like the size.

It has the haptic response and heavy touch that iOS 12 can really take advantage of. I actually wish it were a little smaller. I'm a big fan of the SE and earlier phones. But this is a great unit.

Still has battery charging issues. Nice upgrade but not spectacular from the iPhone 6 so 4 stars. Best Buy's exemplary service and support in purchase and Sprint set up are the reason for the 5 stars.

Iphone 8 has numerous great quality starting with the picture quality and video resolution is amazing. Just wish I didn't have to cost so much, had to sacrifice other things to have a good phone. Sigh!!!

Great phone and fast. Great promotions at the store. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my phones. The sales person is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to Best Buy looking at new TVs and ended up buying my wife a new iPhone. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. My wife needed a new phone and now she finally has one she loves.

Had to replace a phone that was lost at sea! Instead of having to go to our cell carrier, we were able to do it through Best Buy. Will continue to do that from here on out!

Love the speed when opening apps. Went from an iPhone 6 to an 8. Also the amazing deal that Best Buy offered as opposed to going directly through Sprint. BB always my first stop when I upgrade.

my son loves this. Its his first real smartphone, and the functionality of it and a huge step up from his flip phone. Were all happy

It’s a great phone . I have always had an Android, after getting an iPad I have wanted the iPhone for a few years now. After purchasing this one my only regret is not getting one sooner!
