the service is more to be desired. I have spent almost 5 months trying to straighten out my bill because they changed my plan. Best Buy and Sprint promised many times that the bill would get fixed but it didn’t... I spent about 10 hours on the phone over 5 months 6+ calls. Finally I had to give up and pay additional due to Sprint shorting the credit that was due to me. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in over 50 years of my life. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

This was a great phone for one year, but now the microphone doesn't work. Good features, but the quality with iPhones just isn't what it used to be.

This phone is awesome because my wife has it too, but I had to return this one because it was very slow.
