    I moved up from an iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8 plus with 256 gb This is the best phone I have ever had going back to the top-of-the-line Samsung of ten years ago through the replacement iPhone 5s, 6s and the 7. A great phone for this very heavy, demanding user.

    The product was/is fantastic. I purchased in store, knew what I wanted ahead of time. The service I received left a lot to be desired. It took around 2 and a half hours to upgrade my phone. This is because the associate was transferring my data,files,etc. from iPhone to iPhone. This shouldn't take nearly that long. In fact, it didn't fully take over what I needed, so I had to reset at home and re-transfer. It took me MAYBE 20 minutes to do so from home vs the 2.5 hours in store. Also, the associate indicated Verizon waives the upgrade/transfer fee- which they did/do not.

    The iPhone 8 Plus is a well built device. It’s nice to get 64 gigs of space on the entry level model. The camera takes great pics and video. It appears that apple devices are now starting to catch up to Android devices in terms of pic and video quality.
