I was overdue for an upgrade from the iPhone 5. I wanted a better camera because I love taking photos! I have a nice camera that I love but don’t carry it with me all the time. I didn’t want to spend over $1000 for a phone as the newest iphone and felt this was a great phone for me. I love the size, not too big. Love my phone/ camera!

Switched from the Galaxy Note 4. Everything is better except the Galaxy screen is brighter,bigger, and prettier. Think iPhone = a smart, reliable girl who is not that pretty maybe a 5 in looks whereas the Galaxy is the hot girl that’s a 10 but not as smart and is unreliable at times.

Easy to use, communicate, and download new apps in order to use more of the phone’s capabilities. Awesome phone! Love my new phone.

I bought this phone to replace an iPhone 7+. The process was made easy by the staff at the Dubuque Best Buy. The only real complaint lies with the new Sprint carrier changes in its contract- which requires a $150 down payment in addition to the taxes of the new phone. The carrier makes it difficult to acquire a working phone. In addition to that the carrier now has eliminated the 128gb phones. The company pushes its existing customers to buy a phone that is more expensive (256gb which is the next step up). No one will ever buy one of their 64gb phones; especially if they had previously purchased the 128gb phone (such as myself). However, I cannot say enough nice things about the Dubuque Best Buy store and it’s staff. They have always been super helpful and my brother loves his new phone. He is liking the wireless charging capabilities that his new (working) iPhone.

I love my new iPhone 8 Plus cellphone! I bought it as an upgrade from my iPhone 6 because I forgot that I had my cellphone in my swimming trunk when I went swimming on Fourth of July! Even though it’s bigger in size, the pictures I took with it are sharper! I love that it is wireless charging now & have better apps for it!

Was skeptical about going from the 7 to the 8 plus but I am happy I made the decision to go bigger. The camera quality is great.

So this is Apple’s newest and best device (with a home button). What I like the most about Apple is that your new phone feels just like your old phone, seemless transition. That is something that kind of bores me too. The 8 plus is no different. They added a few new camera tricks, gave it a glass back so it’s more susceptible to breaks, but it allows for wireless charging. Honestly, it’s a feature I can live without, especially if it means I don’t have to worry about breaking it. If you love the iPhone camera, you’ll love this one too. Portrait Lighting is still in beta, it’s fun, just don’t expect to be blown away. If you’re coming from the 6 or anything earlier, you’ll love this phone, but make sure you don’t loose your dongle. Of course Apple hopes you go wireless, at an additional fee. About the color, this gold is a lot closer to rose gold than gold. It’s nice and not the pink rom rose gold iPhones of the recent years.

This phone has so many new features I’ve had the phone for over a month and I don’t know half of the yet. The iPhone 6plus got some kind of grey screen issue which apple claimed was from dropping the phone. But this phone is so much better. The camera is amazing and there’s so much more storage for music and picture.

This phone has a few more nice additional features, such as: Pages & Numbers. The camera is improved with sharper pictures!

I was scared of going to a bigger iPhone. But I love it! I'm so glad I took the chance. And I love all of the extra memory.

This phone is fabulous! Definite upgrade, love the big screen and all of the features expected with apple products and more!

I was tempted to wait it out but to me it's inclusions don't merit $1,000+ phone. Apple did not miss with this model phone.

Wouldn’t have left my IPhone 7 but was forced to, am equally happy with the 8, did notice it takes really nice pictures.

I have researched the best way of buying an iPhone over the last few weeks and found out that Best Buy offers the Best Buy deal in the world. I got 6% off with the Best Buy credit card and also had price matched with Apple and was able to use 85 dollar worth of points. Paid zero activation fee since I got the unlocked simless phone. I used the SIM card from my old phone. So this was the cheapest deal and the points earned would go towards my elite status. No one could beat this deal.

I was thinking to up grade from the iPhone 6plus which I had no problem with it until I dropped it hit the corner and cracked so needless to say I went and got the iPhone 8plus and I love it!! Just the fact that I went from 16gb to 64gb was a plus the phone works faster charges faster etc. I am glad I up graded thank you

good buy for a mutlitasker with larger hands. i have found that the camera is just as good as it has been pepped to be

I recently switched to the iPhone from Samsung, and so far I like it. However my Samsung did have a bit of a better battery life, and I liked being able to use a memory card if I ran out of space, but I digress. The camera is amazing and I love how well the phone works with my car. All in all I think both brands are fine and people are only picky because they just love a certain brand, Samsung and apple make pretty solid phones respectively. Have an open mind and give it a try. Pros: great camera, easy to use Cons: no memory card, sadly no headphone jack

Huge screen display, but bulky size. Doesn't fit in pocket well, but do really like the camera and large display

I bought an Iphone 8 plus for my husband as well he loves it and the ease of use and the camera is wonderful.
