I went to return the phone less than a week later bc ppl can barely hear me speak on it and it’s kind of what a phone is for... it’s impossible to just return and get one that’s not defective with the deal you had though. They switch up deals so they don’t honor what the original price was when you purchased the item even though they sold you a defective one. You can keep the defective phone though and Apple will fix it for 30 days... my old phone they already sent off so I couldn’t get it back. My hubs has the one right above this phone and likes it a lot better though.
