Great phone. Had it for a couple of years now and still performs just as good as it did the day I bought it.

I have purchased three of these phones in the last four months. Once you get it to work it is a great phone but each and every one of them was miserable to set up. Multiple problems with Sim card exchange and recognition. All three of us needed the assistance of an in-store Verizon tech to get fully up and running and this includes two tech-savy college students. So much for the convenience of online purchases. I expect more from an Apple product but maybe it’s a Verizon glitch. Sound is also a little sketchy. Calls are heard much better on speakerphone than handheld (echoey) and I can no longer hear mapping directions via Bluetooth because the volume is so low unless radio volume full blast . All in all anything is better than the iPhoneSE. I would recommend to a friend only with full disclosure of cons.

Love my Phone. Only thing I dont like is the value of any phone when you try to upgrade. The retailers get a premium for IPhones and Androids.

This phone is a replacement of a phone just like it, which I lost a couple of weeks ago. This is a great phone, with robust features.

A lot bigger than my 5s, but getting used to it. Like the bigger screen. Great photos. Battery could last longer.

I had been using Samsung Galaxy phones for several years. They are great cell phones. But, I already used an apple iPad and thought why not switch over to a apple cell phone. Sooo glad I did! Much easier to use (although there are some apps that come on phone I don't care for.) Let me also mention, that I will always do my phone upgrades at Best Buy! The customer service is excellent and the prices are usually better than you can get at Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc. Thank you BEST BUY!

If you know what that means, you will understand my excitement for this phone. The camera is awesome...and it was a great deal as well. Nuf said!!

Way faster than my 6S Plus was. I truly didn't expect the upgrade to be a big deal. Just wish my timing was better to take advantage of more deals!

Traded in my husband's x for this 8 plus. He like as it much better because it uses push button as instead of the swipe. Also, it is bigger.

I owned an iPhone 6s Plus then a Samsung Galaxy s8 plus and I prefer this phone over both. It’s a great phone with a nice camera, I love it!

Excellent phone, great camera and Best Buy is the only place to get a new phone. No lines, knowledgeable service and really wonderful service!

The camera is so much better I love it. And the deal I got was great since I just lost my old phone worked out offer had to get my wife one to.

Its an Iphone of course its great. Bit of a learning curve going from android to iphone but ita worth it. And the camera is amazing.

My husband has gone back and forth between having the IPhone and the Android. IPhone wins. The IPhone 8 plus can do so much and takes great pictures.

Upgraded from the 7 Plus to the 8 for the better camera. Love it! Often takes better pictures than my DSLR (although that could be user error...heh).

The pictures with this iphone are amazing. I had the iphone 6 previously, there's not a huge difference, except the picture quality has improved

Got this phone about 2 weeks ago and it has been great. I wasnt going to pay over $1000 for an X when this can do all that I need it to do.

I think this phone is amazing! Much better camera, easy to get used to all the phone features. We are an Apple family and I have no regrets!

Took forever to backup phone (upload to the Cloud) but once that was done it was fantastic to have my new phone set up just like my old one. Didn't think I'd like the Plus edition, but won't ever want to go back to the smaller screen.
