I was needing an upgrade from an iPhone 6 plus and did not want one w/o the button at the bottom. I saw that the 8's were the last model this way. I use Verizon and they did not carry older models. I found them on Best buy and they had what I wanted. Fast shipping great service. I am happy.

The iPhone 8 Plus is a well built device. It’s nice to get 64 gigs of space on the entry level model. The camera takes great pics and video. It appears that apple devices are now starting to catch up to Android devices in terms of pic and video quality.

The product was/is fantastic. I purchased in store, knew what I wanted ahead of time. The service I received left a lot to be desired. It took around 2 and a half hours to upgrade my phone. This is because the associate was transferring my data, files, etc. from iPhone to iPhone. This shouldn't take nearly that long. In fact, it didn't fully take over what I needed, so I had to reset at home and re-transfer. It took me MAYBE 20 minutes to do so from home vs the 2.5 hours in store. Also, the associate indicated Verizon waives the upgrade/transfer fee- which they did/do not.
