My daughter loved her phone but had difficulty with it freezing up within a week. Had to return and exchange for a new one which was not an easy process. At least it didn’t count against her insurance coverage.

The Phone and purchase went well. Only issue was in data transfer. It transferred some of my son's info to my phone and in the contacts transfer some of my international contacts had their phone numbers cut off.

While it deeply offends my sensibilities to use such an expensive product, I'm very happy with the product quality. The processing speed is fast, and the camera is a SIGNIFICANT improvement on all other iPhone cameras.
