upgraded from iPhone 5 to 8 plus. Love the new features

Seems to be a great phone. Crisp display. Ease of use.

best Iphone yet, I would recommend the phone to anyone

I thought it’d be too big, but I got used to the size quickly and have no intention of going back to buying smaller phones. The camera is amazing, the sound is surprisingly good and the screen is very nice too.

Very satisfied with this phone and all the features !

Great phone with enough storage for videos & photos and a lot of applications with super quality camera. I use it for everything even for praying and entertainment. Recommend for every one to purchase.

The size is like a movie screen when you watch videos.

To be honest I had been getting pretty sick and tired of iphone just giving us reiterations of the same product over and over again and decided that I was going to give Apple one last chance before switching to Samsung, Google, or someone else. Finally they came through on this one. The new features are too great to go through but it just runs better and more intuitively than ever before. I chose to go with the 8 plus as opposed to the normal sized 8 as I had done in the past and that was a great decision. It isn't so big it can't fit in your pocket but is just larger enough that you certainly notice it and it makes viewing video and pictures that much better on it's sharp resolution screen. I chose the 8 over the X primarily because of the face ID, I'm not ready to make that switch and I love the finger print scanner as I can easily open it in my pocket or without looking at it in discrete situations. I could go on and on and I'm sure a lot of reviewers have but this is a great phone, far better than the 7 and actually lives up to the hype.

The camera is great and fits all I phone 7 plus cases!

Love the gold iPhone 8 plus and the camera is amazing

Purchased this to replace an iPhone 6S plus. My old device was nearing the end of its usable life and I just didn’t feel like I could justify the cost of the iPhone X. The wireless charging and waterproof features were nice. I honestly didn’t miss the headphone jack at all since I use Bluetooth headphones (AirPods). However, I found performance to be worse than my 6S. Not sure if something went wrong when loading my backup but the phone froze occasionally and the Bluetooth was not reliable. Ended up returning it and using my work-provided iPhone SE due to frustrations and to save money.

We went into upgrade my wife’s phone, and I decided to do so also. I thought the upgrade from the 7 plus to the 8 plus was worth it because of the additional memory and faster chip. I do notice a difference.
