Customer Ratings & Reviews

Was having issues with software upgrades with my iPhone 6 that caused it to freeze. Decided that the iPhone 8+ was the way to go since I am Apple everything. I am very happy with my decision.

So far an excellent phone. Battery life is good. Ear phones little funny

I recently upgraded from the 7plus to the 8plus. Much faster and I love the wireless charging capability.

Good size, nice features and great for photos in all lighting conditions, especially portrait mode!

Love my iPhone 8 Plus. Very easy to use and love the larger screen. Very happy with my purchase.

Another great phone from Apple. Awesome features and really easy to use!!

I upgraded from a 6+ because the picture quality was not there anymore. So far very pleased with my pictures. Everything else about the same.

I love the size, the clarity of the screen, the camera, the ease of operation. Just a great phone.

It has a great camera, holds a ton of pictures & apps even, & is super reliable in my opinion!

More solid, firmer home button, better camera and audio, a dramatic upgrade from the earlier iphones.

I love my new phone and the Best Buy staff was very helpful with finding the right storage and accessories for my new phone and I will definitely be back to buy my wife’s new phone very soon

I love this phone. I’ve had iPhone since iPhone 4. They keep getting better & better. The features, storage space and functions that Apple has jammed into this device are absolutely awesome.

I bought this for my mother and she is extremely happy with it so far! Screen is large enough for her to read everything without her glasses. Battery lasts all day and phone functions well.

Very satisfied with the iPhone 8 Plus and it has exceeded all my expectations on performance. I was a little worried it might be too big coming off the iPhone 5s but I found it is perfect.

I loved my 6, but the 8 plus is a definite upgrade once you get used to the larger size. The camera quality is better, the quick reaction to touch ( speed) is faster, and audio is awesome.

impressed with the ease of set up and use camera produces really great pictures and movie clips

Perfect size and easy to use. I still prefer android over Apple, but a great phone nonetheless.

I'm not the type of person that needs the new model every time a new model is released. IPhones are expensive and I like to get our money's worth out of them. I LOVE the larger size of this phone and would continue buying the Plus models in the future as it feels so much more secure in my hand and I'm less likely to drop it. The photo quality is wonderful, I'm beyond impressed with the battery life (even still in 2019!), and I use my phone A LOT for pretty much everything: calendar for a busy family of 7, weather, emails, texts, snapchat, web browsing, online purchasing, checking online reviews of items while I'm at the store and debating a purchase, and even checking nutrition facts while I'm at the grocery store. I use ApplePay wherever possible (so handy!!) and it feels very secure as far as my personal information goes. I have had no problems with any of the updates, the 256gb memory is HUGE I have over 9,000 photos on my phone, many videos, over 1,000 contacts complete with addresses and emails, a whole library of songs for the gym as well as some just for fun, and I'm a text-thread saver too. (Haha) It's my alarm clock, my reminder of all things, my calendar (easily shared with the rest of our family and I love that I can make different calendars so I only share the calendar that pertains to each person), and basically my computer when I'm not home...or even sometimes when I AM home and just need to look something up or reply to an email. Love love love my iPhone and this is my favorite one yet! I'll be holding on to this one until it gives up on me.

SWITCHED FROM IPHONE 6S TO THE 8 PLUS WITH 256GB. LOVE THE BIG SCREEN!

got this phone as a birthday gift from my wife, and I LOVE it. I got the gold iPhone 8 plus and I get so many compliments on the color which is more of a blush gold color, its very pretty.
