Cracks easily. Didn't hold up to a small drop. I like that is clear

Prone to fingerprints. Hard to install and remove. Looks great otherwise.

Liked that it was Apple’s case and had magsafe built in….BUT…..the clear case with magsafe does NOT work with newer apple wallets that have “find my” built in and let you know when your wallet has been disconnected. This had to be returned

I liked it a lot but the bottom part where the horn is uncovered does not come with the complete case

The phone is expensive enough! Average at best eBay has the same case for a 1/3 of the cost!

It’s okay for what it is. Just a plan clear case. It scratches very easy.

I bought this last December for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. At ~$50 it's by far the most expensive case I've ever purchased. I keep this case inside ANOTHER cheap ~$10 leatherette case with a carabiner attachment and keep it in a shirt pocket and tethered to me. Before today I haven't removed the phone from this Apple case. It's never been dropped, never treated poorly, only taken out of the cheap outer case for phone use and charging, and then put back in. Fast forward to mid-May, this case has cracks developing on 3 of 4 corners. I took the phone out of the expensive Apple case for the first time to look at the cracks and clean dust & fingerprints off the phone & case. Cracks are getting worse - maybe the next time I take the phone out, a case corner will break off and I'll call for warranty service. VERY disappointed.

That case does not fit well to me. At the bottom does not have a tight fit.

Hard plastic. Slippery. Slides across dash or counter. Certain to lead to the demise of your new phone. Shop on. Returned it. There are better options. I went with a silicon MagSafe case that I really enjoy. Do not buy this case. It’s terrible !

The phone case looks really nice. But after using it for a very short while, the case started to develop small cracks. I am very careful with my phone, so the cracks didn't appear due to abuse or mishandling of the phone.
