Good Value but...

It functions, but the audio seems a bit below expectations and the earpiece seems to be defective. Taking it to the Apple genius bar to see if a replacement is possible. The 14 day window for returns expires while your christmas present is sitting under the tree. Best Buy is no help. They offered to package the phone and send it out, as if I couldn't do that. Who wants to be without a phone for a week?
