my Iphon is bery good I have bery good experencia.

I bought this cellphone a few months ago and for the most part, everything worked out fine but I had found out my Siri voice assistant never ever gets my words correctly and it is frustrating to work with.

This one is recommended for those who never used iPhone but for those who have used iPhone 6 and above this one is not recommended because the screen is quite small, hard to text

I would give the phone a zero if I could. In the store it wouldn't finish setup so I was told to go home and wait. It never finished so I went back to the store, where they changed the SIM card and claimed Verizon was having issues. I went home and called Verizon, they made me test the SIM card, then told me it was the phone and Best Buy's issue. I went back to the store for a 3rd time, where they finally returned the phone.

This is my first smartphone. I wish it came with instructions. I feel rather lost.

Great value for an iPhone, however speaker phone did not want to work properly.. audio constantly cut off

16 GB filled up way to quickly. Pay the extra money and get the larger 64 GB size

Wish they overhauled the iOS operating system. Its feels out of date compared to other options in the market.

Ok so I was sold this as a universal phone. I use it for T-Mobile. It works. It has a ton of quirks. I do know if it is because of T-mobile or not....the phone drops calls, has a hissing sound, and the pictures are not as good as they should be. At day 29 I had to return it to Apple. It was defective.

nice phone,but drops calls lots of times,depending on the area you are in.

this phone is great. best buy only needs to price match with apple

Had to return the first device after 2 weeks. 2nd one works better.

Too small for my hands. I needed the regular iPhone 7.

I honestly do not like this phone. It seems that ever since I got the phone my friends and family cannot hear what I am saying. That might be due to the mic that is awkwardly place by the top piece of the phone where you place it against your ear. I am bummed that I paid over $400 for this phone. Save your money and get a different phone.
