    Great phone, I wanted a new phone but since I like smaller phones I upgraded from the Iphone 5S to this phone and I wouldn't go back.

    At the time I bought this phone, there was a month long wait through Verizon. Purchased this phone through Best Buy off contract and activated on Verizon.

    Great phone and great customer service! Bestbuy even managed to come in cheaper than going to the Verizon store. They kept trying to upsale me. Bestbuy listened to what I wanted and delivered.

    Note: This rating is for iPhone and iOS, but not for Verizon. I have not purchased and AT&T IPhone. I just purchased iPhone directly from a retail store. Gifted my wife an iPhone SE and thought she would be extremely happy with the phone. She has been using Android for 6 months and used Windows phone before that. I fell for the iPhone hype and saw iPhone SE fitting my budget, so gifted it to her. Am now ready to return it. My wife and I felt, iOS has the worst features and I believe has the lowest usability. For e.g., when we try to search on Safari using google, it doesn't show the auto complete dictionary. It keeps automatically changing and correct words when we text in a language different than English. I made a worst mistake by purchasing this phone and wouldn't recommend iOS to anyone. Especially, switching from Android, (or even Windows phone for that matter) is the worst ever thing to do. I can't figure out how people are crazy about iOS. Maybe they find something better, or they might not have used Android or any other OS before.

    I upgrade my i-phone through Best Buy. Its doesn't work properly: turned off by himself and became frozen for 5-10 minutes. Something wrong with this i-phone :(
