Best Buy can handle iPhones well

The main difference is how much trouble the activation can be when you purchase in different locations. Best Buy was great. The process was smooth. It always takes more time than it seems like it should to switch to a new phone, but this process was smooth. I would use Best Buy again.

Good phone. Great Best Buy staff

She set our phone up for us while in store. 4 days earlier picked up same phone from another Best Buy. Staff gave my 82 year old mother confusing instructions to setup herself. I bragged on our Best Buy personnel.

It has so much storage capability compared to my iPhone 6S. We went with Verizon and have never been happier. I was afraid of the cost of upgrading but the specials made it possible for us to get three new phones and keep our monthly Bill virtually the same. So happy we made the change.
